Going Deeper: Build Customer Satisfaction Workshop

Many of us are already experts at engaging our clients with inspiring knowledge, luxurious amenities, captivating adventures, or jaw-dropping scenery. However, these experiences may be fleeting, superficial, or just plain spoiled by bad weather or other unplanned external circumstances. With Nature Connection as a foundational practice, we can craft an experience for our clients that leaves a deep, long-lasting impact that persists beyond the selfies.

In this workshop, we will explore how to go deeper and create unforgettable experiences through the magic of present-moment awareness and simple nature connection practices. We will learn and discuss the context and tools for creating impactful programming, including how to activate sensory awareness and how to design for varying levels of experience. There will be ample time for group discussion. This conversation will be co-led by Becca Houghton, a holistic health and movement educator, naturalist and mindfulness practitioner, with David Boynton, a lifelong outdoorsman, educator and entrepreneur.
