Presented by UNH Extension: Meetings are necessary for much of our collaborative work, but we have all experienced the impact of poorly planned or poorly managed meetings, where participants leave frustrated or feeling like their time was wasted. This webinar focuses on practical tools and strategies to effectively design and facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings. Topics include designing a meeting based upon the group goals and priorities, crafting an agenda, managing time to stay on track, and managing conflict and challenging behaviors.
