Season 5 of Friday Night Vertical at Cranmore Mountain hosted by Run the Whites. This series is for all abilities so whether you run or hike it doesn't matter. More details to follow:

Dates (10): 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5 (Finale).

• Time: For those who want a head start, you can hop on the course anytime after 6:00PM. The group start is at 7:00PM and there will be no official timing. Pizza afterward, location Arlberg building.

• Cost: $5 (venmo @skithewhites is a great option!)

• Waivers - there are two waivers to fill out, one time for the season. RTW and Cranmore.

• As much as we love doggos, Cranmore has a no dog policy.

• No alcoholic drinks allowed on premise including the parking lot.
