Join us on October 19 or 26 (or both!) fun day of trail work in the town of Lancaster! The project will be installing bog bridges on the Heritage Trail between Reed Road by Weeks State Park and RT 2 near downtown Lancaster. Anyone is welcome, and no prior trails experience is needed. Participants under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Appalachian Mountain Club will provide trail work instruction, all tools and personal protective equipment. Please wear long pants and boots and bring your own food and water. The day will run from 9am-3pm. Participants will meet on Reed Road in Lancaster. More details will be provided closer to the event.
