Explore New England is gearing up for its third season of all-new programming on NESN & NESN+ (home of the Red Sox and Bruins), as well as our Roku TV & YouTube Channels. Season 3 premieres October 2nd on NESN and runs for 26 weeks - New episodes premiere on Sundays @9:00am & repeat Mondays @6:30pm
We have 13 destination-episodes in Season 3 featuring towns in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, & Massachusetts.
Each episode is led by local wilderness guides and other passionate experience providers, as well as modernized environmental practices & historical bits to admire the measures each town takes to preserve New England’s rich history and local habitat. Season 3 adventures include paddling, hiking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, camping, cross-country skiing, fishing, snowshoeing, boating, wildlife viewing, and more.
The new season continues ENE’s focus of exploring unique New England destinations through a wide variety of exciting outdoor activities aimed at individuals of all ages and abilities. The lineup of 30-minute episodes includes:
1. Rangeley, ME - Mountain biking, kayaking, wildlife photography, fishing, history
2. Lake Winnipesaukee, NH - Boating, hiking, paddling, history of Winnipesaukee
3. Hampshire County, MA - Gravel biking, paddling, hiking
4. Jackman, ME - A 2-day snowmobile adventure around Jackman
5. South County, RI - Paddling, road biking, fishing, salt pond ecotour
6. Moosehead Lake, ME - Boat camping, ATV riding, B52 crash history, microbrewery visit
7. Berkshires, MA - Downhill skiing, ice fishing, fat biking
8. Kennebunk, ME - Striper fishing, Rachel Carson Refuge tour, surfing, paddling
9. Hampton Beach, NH - Surfing, fishing, whale-watching, SUP Paddle
10. Bethel, ME - Cross-country ski, fat biking, X-NHAT Trail, ice palace & microbrewery
11. Block Island, RI - Biking, hiking, fishing, birding
12. Old Town, ME - Paddling trail, Orono Bog hike, mountain biking
